A boat may protest another boat

under a rule of Part 2, except rule 14, by clearly displaying flag

immediately after an incident in which she was involved;

under any rule not protestable in rule C6.1(a) or
C6.2
by clearly
displaying a red flag
as soon as possible after the incident.
